Who collects and processes personal data

Administrators:

• ACFC service s.r.o., ID no.: 28328965, C 61686 registered at the Regional Court in Brno, Stonky 860, 686 01 Uherské Hradiště (hereinafter referred to as “ACFC service“)

Processors:

• All legal and contractual partners involved in personal data processing: accountants, IT specialists, tax consultants, auditors, state administration (for state subsidies) – namely the Ministry of Culture and the State Cinematography Fund – supranational organizations, EU authorities (for EU subsidies).

 

What personal data we collect and process

In order to verify that all members of audience are above the specified age limit, to facilitate the protection of our property, accounting and tax liability, we collect all personal data that can be processed without the customer’s consent and are within the fulfilment of legal and contractual obligations. We also collect personal data for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the processor that are mainly related to the rate of attendance and the selection of films:

• identification details - personal details used for unique and unmistakable identification of a customer (name, surname, date of birth, photo – ID card, permanent address)
• contact details - any personal details enabling us to contact a customer and maintain the festival’s accreditation system accessed via My SFS app (email address provided by a customer, contact address, phone number etc.)
• service usage information - any information about customer’s activities inside My SFS app (purchase details, transaction details, user login history, history of visited screening events and places).

 

Which sources we use to collect personal data

• We collect the details provided by customers during their registration via My SFS app and maintain the records of their activities and updates.

 

What are the purposes of collecting and processing personal data 

• the purposes related to the purchasing process (accreditation, accommodation, merchandize and other services) and the purposes related to the stay at the festival (identification details and contact details)
• the purposes of meeting the legal obligations related to the minimum age of audience (identification details)
• the purposes of legitimate interests and protection of our laws, such as conducting analyses and risk assessments, e.g. occupancy of screening rooms in relation to the number of accreditations on offer (identification details, contact details and service usage information)
• subsidies accounting (identification details)
• contact with a customer (contact details)
• purposes related to receiving emails and newsletters, optional – only with customer’s consent (contact details)

 

How long we store your data for

• 5 years

 

Information about your rights

In accordance with Article 12 and 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation you have the following rights:

• the right to access your personal data and information about the processing

• the right to data correction or the limitation of their processing

• the right to have your personal data erased

• the right to raise an objection to the personal data processing and the right not to be subject to automated decision-making

• the right to data portability

Withdrawal of consent and changes to personal data

• you can withdraw your consent at any time
• withdrawal of consent is not possible in case of processing personal data for those legal purposes where consent was not required
• any changes to your consent and personal data can be made via My SFS app at https://my.lfs.cz/ or by email at akreditace@lfs.cz
• mandatory information may be required for purchase orders and buying accreditation in My SFS
